Director

Bart ‘B.D.’ Dalton II

Bart, or B.D. to his friends and family, leads Temple Row Wealth Management bringing decades of experience in financial advice and wealth management. LIBF DipFA qualified and FCA regulated, he ensures the highest standards in service and advice, with a real passion for supporting the complex financial journeys of high-net-worth individuals.

Before moving to the UK, B.D. built a successful financial advisory business in the U.S. with Edward Jones Investments. His expertise led to an invitation to join the firm’s European expansion, marking the start of his journey to the UK in 2002.

An author of three business books, including the bestseller Grow, Sell and Retire, B.D. also runs the Rockfine Group, a business growth consultancy, with his wife Michelle. As a Forbes Business Council member and contributor, he shares monthly insights on business and finance and guides numerous business owners throughout the UK to find ways to build, grow and exit their business.

With a global perspective shaped by his journey from the U.S. to the UK, B.D. is committed to helping clients achieve financial security and peace of mind.

Client Account Executive

Katy Kendall-Thomas

Katy is your Client Account Executive and serves as the first point of contact.

Prior to joining the Temple Row Wealth Management team, Katy spent over six years in the real estate industry managing home sales and rental properties. Prior to that she was in event management and even had a stint as a waitress in a cocktail bar.

Katy is driven by a passion for client satisfaction and always aims to go above and beyond to ensure every interaction is meaningful and impactful.

Thriving in our small, family-run team environment, Katy enjoys getting to know clients personally and building meaningful connections that enhance your experience. She wants to know about your expectations and experiences, the most convenient and comfortable way to communicate with you, and how to deliver outcomes that align with your needs and goals.

Outside of work, Katy is a sports enthusiast with a special passion for Netball, which reflects her team-oriented mindset and competitive spirit.

Financial Administrator

Niamh Smith

Niamh is the team member tackling those time-consuming provider phone calls, pulling research reports and generating annual review documents for you and your accountant.

With extensive experience in customer service, she is dedicated to delivering outstanding support to our internal team to ensure your experience with Temple Row Wealth Management is exceptional.

Equipped with strong organisational and administrative skills, Niamh effectively manages schedules and organises the 21-day countdown for each client’s WOW review. She is highly motivated to further her career in the industry and is passionate about combining her proactive approach with meticulous attention to detail to help clients achieve their goals effortlessly.

Michelle Dalton

Michelle heads up our compliance liaison and marketing at Temple Row Wealth Management.

With a variety of tasks and responsibilities each day, Michelle is dedicated to leveraging processes, technology, and systems to deliver personalised and accurate services tailored to each client’s individual needs.

Michelle has a strong interest in statistics and data, frequently analysing reports on platform performance and assessing the cost-effectiveness of various channels. Her passion for research and creativity is evident in her approach to developing client communications and news briefings where she combines analytical insights with her artistic talents as a professional harpist.

She is driven by the belief that understanding the emotional core of decisions and dreams, and creating a systematic plan to achieve those goals, is a powerful approach to wealth management.

Although Michelle’s background is in healthcare marketing and high-tech PR rather than financial services, her passion for helping others and her systematic understanding of business operations make her role in operations and marketing a natural, and fulfilling, fit.
